Cooking courses 2011

Each Thursdayfor the whole summer, provided that the minimal number of participants is met

Leaded by Laura or Mauro, connoisseurs of local cookery and use of aromatic herbs. The course provides for demonstration and practical tests about treating



Minimum 5 - maximum 12 participants.
Cost per participant: 50 €, food included.
Timetable: thursday from 16:30 until dinner, or
saturday from 10:30 until lunch.

Collateral participation

Cooking courses may result in the plentiful production of delicious food and in improvised tasting workshops. It is possible that regular guests in the agriturism, who arrived either independently or accompanying participants to the course, will be involved into judging the excellence of the dishes, if they are willing to share their competence for no other reward than their moral and gustatory satisfaction.
